MNCPA aspires to be the welcoming professional home for the Minnesota higher education field that advocates for justice, community, and lifelong learning.

Board of Directors

Joining the Board of Directors is a privilege and often comes with a nomination. Most positions serve a 2 year term. All positions are volunteer and require approximately 3 hours of time per month. The Board is an inclusive space where a variety of professionals come together to share in thought-partnership, strategize the path forward for the organization, and engage in macro level leadership. The Board supports positions held by all level of the profession (i.e., entry, mid, senior). Applications are reviewed as they are submitted and applications can expect to hear back within a week.
